New Fitness Program in LA!

Hi everyone!  Thanks for reading!!

My name is Becky Tinney and I am new trainer on the scene in LA!  For years I have tried EVERYTHING when it comes to fitness.  And when I say everything I mean E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G!  I often grew tired of routines and I never found a program I could stick to.  So I decided to create a program that could keep me motivated, give me fast and lasting results, make me feel energized and toned and I could have fun with it!  From those guidelines I created The Balance Method™!  The Balance Method is a complete program comprised of cardiovascular intervals, strength training, and flexibility training designed to give your body better "balance."  Its a fast 60 minute session that targets every muscle in your body (some you didn't even know existed)!

How much do you need to workout to burn off the weekend cocktails?

We often cheat on the weekend and allow ourselves a cocktail or 2...or 3...If your concerned about the additional calories then use this as the rule of thumb: Per cocktail you drink it takes about 15min of moderate cardio to burn it off.  Moderate is roughly running a 10 minute mile.  If you want to drop a few lbs for the summer then in addition to your diet and exercise plan add 15 MORE min of cardio per drink!

This is a great thing you can do at your desk in the office, while you're watching TV, or add it to your workout program at the gym. This is a great challenge for your legs and 2-3 sets of this circuit and you'll be exhausted!!
