My name is Becky Tinney and I am new trainer on the scene in LA! For years I have tried EVERYTHING when it comes to fitness. And when I say everything I mean E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G! I often grew tired of routines and I never found a program I could stick to. So I decided to create a program that could keep me motivated, give me fast and lasting results, make me feel energized and toned and I could have fun with it! From those guidelines I created The Balance Method™! The Balance Method is a complete program comprised of cardiovascular intervals, strength training, and flexibility training designed to give your body better "balance." Its a fast 60 minute session that targets every muscle in your body (some you didn't even know existed)!
